Simone & John Married..Bham Register Office & Powerleague

Simone & John were married on May 25th At Bham Register office, with a Reception at Powerleague, nr Spaghetti Junction.

On the Hottest Weekend of the year, 28 degrees, my day began with Simone at Boots at The Fort, where she and her maid of Honour had their makeup done at the Clinique counter.

We headed back to Simones house then to have hair done and get dressed with the other Bridesmaids

My Beautiful Yellow Beetle Bug was used as one of the Wedding party cars, and was honoured to take the Bridesmaids to Birmingham Register Office for the ceremony…Simone arrived in style, in a Blue BMW X5.

Simones dress was beautiful..Ivory and embellished with crystals &  with a long train, and the Bridesmaids wore a sky blue coloured dress, all carrying ivory and sky blue roses..The lads also complimented her beautifully with Ivory waistcoats and sky blue cravats..The couples sons Kian & Ryan as pageboys looked particularly handsome!and walked alongside Simone as she walked down the aisle.

Birmingham register office are the most strict registras out of anywhere ive ever worked..No photography at ALL during ceremony..i cant even sneak a couple of pics quietly,  as a memeber of staff was stood next to me the whole time BOO….But i got the Kiss the Bride pic and mock up of the register..so wasnt too bad.

After ceremony we went into the Courtyard for a couple of family pics and confetti..Then a couple of pics by the canal, before we headed to Powerleague near Spaghetti Junction for the reception.

Guests enjoyed drinks outside in the glorius weather, and then  Simone & John cut their fab unique and personalised cake ( with their cake topper made by my own fair hands)…what can i say, im a woman of many talents  lol

First dance followed..and then shortly after a very very moving moment where Simone invited her mom up to dance with her, to a track sung my Simones Late father..there wasnt a dry eye in the room let me tell you!.

Simone & John are a lovely genuine couple, and are clearly truly in love…They have become friends through me photographing them as a family at the studio and in the park when their boys were younger, and so i was honoured to photograph their wedding…Few faves from the day below..Love & Luck for your future together & Thanks for choosing Just Rebecca Photography xxxxx
