Nicole & Craig Married xx..Grimscote Manor Hotel
Nicole & Craig were married at Grimscote manor Hotel on June 9th 2012
Nicole and Craig are a wonderful Couple..Totally in love and really lovely people..It was a real honour to be part of their special day.
Grimscote Manor is a fabulous wedding venue, that is set back off a busy road in Coleshill..The have a huge marquee, lovely grounds and great staff..they even have a couple of beautiful rare albino peacocks.
So the day began for me arriving at Grimscote for preps..Nicole and her girls were all getting ready there..Nicole did a fantastic job of doing her own hair and makeup, and she did the Bridesmaids hair too…they all looked great!
Nicoles dress was pure white, lots of netting and silver detailing to the bodice..She carried a goergeous Silk bouquet of Ivory and Purple Roses and wore a very Bohemian style crystal Headpiece..She looked amazing!.
Her Bridesmaids complimented her beautifully wearing Purple…and the lads wearing Grey suits and purple Cravats
The lads arrived in style in a stretch Bentley..very cool..I grabbed a picture of the rings before Craig headed to the bandstand to wait for Nicole to meet him at the end of the Bridge.
Grimscote is licenced for marriage indoors, and i have photographed a lovely wedding there with an indoor ceremony last year..But this wedding was a bit different..Nicole and Craig were the First couple to ever marry Outside, under the bandstand, over the Bridge at Grimscote..It was weather dependant as to whether it was going to be allowed..but the weather stayed dry and the ceremony was allowed to happen Outdoors 
As Nicole made her way down the steps towards the Bridge, he couldnt take his eyes off her..She met Craig at the end of the bridge with her dad proudly by her side to give her away…with Nicoles Bridesmaids beside her, and her Flowergirl scattering Petals across the bridge as she walked.
A lovely outdoor ceremony was followed by some family photos in the grounds, Confetti and the group shot..I then took the couple off for a few pics on their own.
Everyone enjoyed their wedding breakfast, listened to lovely speeches..Then the couple cut the cake and had First Dance later in the evening…Dancing to Ellie Gouldings version of Elton Johns ‘Your Song’ .
The Lord Mayor of Birmingham even came to the evening reception!..and they made history by being the First couple ever at Grimscote to marry outside..A really lovely wedding day for a really lovely couple..Im certain Nicole & Craig will have a long and happy marriage xx
