Laura & Andy Married xx Ansty Hall

Laura  & Andy are ace, and were married on June 2nd at Ansty Hall in Coventry

I went to senior School with Laura..Arthur Terry in Four Oaks..Ive photographed a lot of friends from school since ive had my own business, At the studio with their new families and also alot of old friends weddings too..Its a real honour to be asked, and so when Laura asked me i was super pleased

The day began we me arriving at Ansty for preps with laura & her ladies..Was lovely to see some of the other girls from school, as we havent seen each other for 15 years.All the girls still look exactly the same, havent aged a day!

Ansty Hall is a beautiful Hotel, lovely looking grand building and is licenced for marriages..However, literally 2 mins walk behind the hotel is St James Church &  Laura and Andy chose to marry there ..the Service was conducted by a lovely vicar who is actually Lauras Uncle.

As we headed over to church from the Hotel, it was really raining …But Laura didnt let the rain dampen her spirits.

Laura looked stunning, Very unusual and elegant 1920′s inspired hair and her  dress was Beautiful..Ivory with Embellishment, and a Super Long veil( my fave)..Her Bridesmaids looked stunning in Purple fitted Dresses, all carrying Calla Lilies..The boys complimented the girls perfectly, in their smart Grey Suits.

Traditionally its the Bride who should be late..but Laura was on time, it was her dad that was was late lol..When he arrived and saw Laura in her dress, he looked so proud,  and he gave her away to Andy who looked equally as proud of his Bride walking down the aisle to him…with a Beaming smile on his face.

After a beautiful Ceremony with a singer and Guitarist, lovely readings and hymns,  we headed back over to Ansty hall for the reception..It was still drizzly and really wet underfoot, so everyone made their way inside for their drinks and canapes..I had planned on doing family pics at the back of the hotel where there are beautiful gardens, but cos of the puddles and soaking wet grass , and for the sake of Lauras beautiful dress and ladies in heels , i decided to do the few family photos  outside the front of the hotel instead,  where the floor is  paved ..The front of  Ansty is equally as pretty so still were great pics as the rain had stopped by then too

We did a big group photo,  threw Confetti and then headed to the Beautifully decorated Orangery for their Wedding Breakfast, where Grace was Beautifully said and a close up magician did the rounds on the tables.

Speeches followed, with Cake cut and first dance later in the evening.
